College Struggles

College Struggles
College struggles can be tough,
Classes and homework can be rough,
But do not give up, just be strong,
You will get through it before too long.
Harvard is where my parents went,
However, my grades do not meet the requirement,

I guess it was meant to be,
Turns out Kent State is the place for me.
A new semester just started,
I am working wholehearted,
Books are on backorder,
Motivation in disorder.

When meeting new people, I get a bit nervous,
But at the end, we all serve a purpose,
It is really great to make new friends,
Someone to talk to and comprehend.
College struggles can be tough,
Classes and homework can be rough,
But do not give up, just be strong,
You will get through it before too long.

Work is stacking,
My money is lacking,
I want to party,

But my assignments cannot be tardy.
Grades are getting hard to mend,
The class deadlines are about to end,
I think I might bail,
But if I do, I will fail.
Finals are here,
I am filled with fear,
Putting up a fight,
To study all night.

College struggles can be tough,

You will get through it before too long.
Emailing a professor can be a bit scary,
But asking for help is sometimes necessary,
I made sure to include all the information they need,
To my surprise, they responded with speed.

At last,
I passed,

Now looking back, it was not so bad,
All thanks to the help I had!
After college, you will be on your own,
But do not worry, you will find your way home,
You will have your degree, and some new friends too,
Everyone will be so proud of you!
